Big East Tournament Kicks off Wednesday at MSG

The annual Big East Tournament tips off on Wednesday at 12pm with a matchup between NCAA Tournament bubble teams Villanova vs. Syracuse. In a year where the conference is stronger than ever, the Big East looks to send 8 teams to the Big Dance. The Nova vs. Cuse game appears to be an elimination game where ESPN analyst and Credit Card Thief Extroadinaire Doug Gottlieb has instructed the loser to not even watch the selection show on Sunday.

This 8-9 matchup is sure to be a good one with Villanova Coach Jay Wright assuring the VU fanbase that he does not intend to wear a warmup suit to coach this game as he did in the teams' last meeting in February at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia. Wright plans to go with a custom-made Armani dark grey pinstriped suit and Vegas oddmakers have set the over/under at 4 buttons buttoned. The most confusing aspect of this matchup to Syracuse Coach and living legend Jim Boeheim is when was the photo above taken of his freshman in the same classroom. Jimmy knows for certain that his basketball players would never be caught dead in a classroom, that's what their personal tutors are for!
